We can hardly believe February is almost over; it seems like it just started! We have all been busy with work and play, which is why we haven't updated in almost a month; sorry about that family! John is almost 13 months old now, and is into EVERYTHING! Nothing is safe anymore; he is tall enough to reach whatever is on the corners of the kitchen table (usally drying dishes) and whatever is on the living room shelves. He is running all over the place, and is extremely fast. I can't put him and the groceries down to unlock the door without him darting away quickly, giggling at the top of his lungs. We have recently discovered John's obsession with bubbles, so pictures will follow soon of our fun with his new bubble gun! He still enjoys watching Handy Manny on mommy's lap in the mornings while he eats his banana, and other than that-everything has to be outside. Once we are dressed, he'll head for the door and start knocking on it, demanding to be let out; definitely a boy! He collects rocks, picks up anything he finds, (even lizards!) and would play with his dumptruck all day if we didn't make him take naps.
